Dr. Ashford is amazing. He makes sure that you really understand what your options are and what the best possible outcomes are likely to be. I also love that he also has a physical therapy aspect to his practice. I’m so glad that I found him when I was searching for a Uro-Gynecologist to help with my incontinence!

We drove over 100 miles for the appointment with Dr. Ashford that we had been waiting for OVER 2 Months! We arrived 20 minutes early and were taken to an Exam room about 10 Am which was our appointment time. The representative said that Dr. Ashford would be in shortly and initially apologized for the delay. We sat there for OVER AND HOUR before Dr. Ashford Finally came in. We discussed Nancy's Incontinence issues and the many, many medications that she had tried as well as the multitude of Dr's she had seen. Dr. Ashford seemed to feel that she should try a higher dose of Botox. He indicated that he would TRY to prioritize the next appointment for that but seemed unprepared as he was not aware of when she had received the last Botox injections or what amount it was. I had given the Clinic access to Nancy's Mayo Clinic records as well as access to Olmsted Medical records which showed this information when Dr. Christopher did her injections but obviously Dr. Ashford had apparently not taken the time to access those records. Dr. Ashford was very knowledgeable about Nancy's condition but seemed "unprepared" to treat her as he had apparently not examined her records. Dr. Ashford NEVER alluded to our wait of over an hour or apologized for same. This extended appointment made us LATE for an 11:30 Appointment so i was not happy about that! I can appreciate how valuable Dr. Ashford's time is but he seemed unconcerned as to the importance of our time!

Appointment went well and Dr Ashford was very excellent however after three appointments with him he was very late for all of them and I was in the examination room up to an hour which is unacceptable. I hesitate to schedule an appointment with him during the workday for fear I will be late for my job….

Dr Ashford is not only just a great doctor but an empathetic & good person. He genuinely cares about my physical & emotional well being. He’s very informative & very patient with my questions. He listens to me & explains different types of treatment approaches we could take. And he gives me the choice of whether or not I want to take the surgical route or the conservative route. At each visit I have had with him he makes sure I understand everything we talked about. He is a phenomenal doctor!!!
